This was as unorthodox a property as could be and was especially difficult to sort through the myriad of necessary steps to get to settlement.Seller has issues with new people so price negotiation was implemented by us but with good input & direction from Chris.

Prior to contacting Darleen, We were loosing hope on selling our property after being listed for 6 months and not seeing much action, it was looking hopeless. Suzanne Gilson was the best real estate agent we could imagine! She sold our large 4 bedroom 4 bath house on 16 acres in one day for over asking price! She was extremely helpful in every way right from the beginning in helping us develop our sales strategy. Then came the fire, water and septic inspections and even though we failed the fire and septic tests initially, she quickly helped us figure out excellent solutions to help us pass and keep our sales contract intact. She was able to provide us with all of the information we needed and was available at all times. Her computer skills were very impressive. She helped us complete our home sale so efficiently that our retirement is now going to be much better thanks to the extra funds we recieved! We could not be happier with the professionalism and effort Suzanne Gilson demonstrated on our behalf!

We met Dean while searching for properties in Cape May about three years ago. We weren't working with anyone specific but we liked his approach and decided to continue the house hunting journey with him.

Dealt with Debbie D'Acqua on a previous condo purchase and would only call on her for any future purchase. She is very knowledgeable of Wildwood and extremely responsive. Debbie is not afraid to go the extra mile. On both condo purchases she wasn't afraid to deal with selling agents and would get me answers immediately. What can I say, she is the best real estate agent I've ever dealt with. Also enjoyed the Title Agence we used on closings. I've bought several homes through different agencies up in North Jersey but was most impressed with Debrah D'Acqua.
